Ice Cream

All of these ice cream recipes are naturally sweetened with honey or maple syrup.

Please make this ice cream at whatever comfort level you prefer. I always recommend raw milk but you can easily use pasteurized and/or heavy cream. I also prefer to use a custard-like method of warming the milk and adding egg yolks. If this is too much work, please feel free to simply mix everything together and churn!

I have no doubt whichever route you take, it will be a delicious one! Please see substitutions section in each recipe to make it work for you.
